TOTAL DISASTER is an understatement. You wait at the reception desk for half an hour, even though there are no patients because none of the esteemed ladies deign to come in; they prefer to sit and have a coffee shop and gossip. Just as the doctors are fine, the receptionists need to be replaced immediately.

Registering is next to impossible. I've been to several clinics and it was difficult to register there too, but at least when there was a signal, someone actually answered the phone. Unfortunately, such practices don't apply here ;)

One big failure... Registration is bordering on a miracle. I stood at the window and called, but the woman didn't bother to answer because she was more busy sipping coffee and gossiping. The ladies registering are not nice, they don't understand what's going on. Not to mention the fact that my husband lost his card twice, and he had to ask 20 times to change his name. Although the doctors are competent and friendly, registration is rejected from a mile away.
