  I DO NOT RECOMMEND ❗️❗️ Based on my mother's experience at this hospital, I must express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the quality of medical and nursing care. After a hysterectomy, my mother was able to urinate independently on the second day after the procedure, yet the catheter was left in place for five days, which is an excessively long period considering the risk of urinary tract infections. This unjustified extension of catheterization contributed to serious health complications. Hygiene during catheter management was poor, and the medical staff did not use gloves or complete sterility, which directly increased the risk of infection. As a result, my mother developed a urinary tract infection and now requires long-term antibiotic treatment, frequent follow-up tests (bladder ultrasound, blood tests, cultures), and hospitalization. The patient experienced significant physical suffering and psychological trauma related to her hospital stay. These complications were the result of the doctors' decisions and the negligence of the nursing staff. Despite my mother's apparent ability to urinate independently, the decisions to retain the catheter did not take into account her physical condition or the patient's actual needs. Furthermore, the sanitary conditions at the hospital left much to be desired. Toilets and showers were often dirty, and their number was insufficient for the number of patients, further complicating hygiene and increasing the risk of infection. In my opinion, the care provided at this hospital was seriously inadequate and neglected. The negligence extended from medical decisions regarding the catheter to the lack of proper hygiene, nursing procedures, and basic sanitary standards. Such an experience not only endangers the patients' health but also trauma and distrust of the facility. I discourage everyone from using this hospital's services and warn other patients against possible negligence!!! Patient health and safety should be the priority, but in this case, unfortunately, standards of care were flagrantly violated.

  I wholeheartedly recommend the maternity ward. The care was top-notch, both the nurses and doctors were wonderful, empathetic, and very professional. I had an emergency cesarean section at 36 weeks. Everything went smoothly, with complete commitment and care for me and my baby. The post-procedure care deserves an A+; I felt safe and cared for at every stage. It was a very difficult experience for me, but thanks to the people working at this hospital, I got through it more peacefully. I know I'll definitely be back here for my second child. I recommend it to all expectant mothers 💙

  Bardzo polecam oddział położniczy. Właśnie urodziliśmy. Fenomenalna opieka, na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo dużo empatii i wyrozumiałości. Sala porodowa też w bardzo wysokim standardzie. Wiadomo jest to stary szpital, więc nie oczekujmy, że będzie jak 1 do 1 jak w domu ! Bardzo dziękujemy za opiekę nad narzeczoną i naszym nowonarodzonym synem! Liczę mocno na to, że szpital nie zostanie zlikwidowany, lub zrestrukturyzowany do ilości np: 10 łóżek !

  It's been a long time coming that I decided to share my opinion about the gynecology and obstetrics ward (my cervix was shortening). During my pregnancy, I ended up in the hospital for weeks (each stay was extended). Nevertheless, I appreciate the care of both the doctors and nurses. As for the birth itself, I have terrible memories. My water broke at 4:20 a.m., and I gave birth before midnight. Right after my water broke, my husband took me to the hospital. The staff wasn't happy with my appearance; the doctor checked to make sure my water had actually broken (there was no mistaking it; when I got out of bed, I felt a gush of water). After an examination, I was referred to the third ward. During my morning rounds, the doctor didn't bother to examine me; he waited for the situation to develop. It wasn't until around 6 p.m. that I asked the doctor to examine me because the contractions were unbearable. After the (very painful) examination, it became clear that I was already quite dilated, and he was referred to the maternity ward. There was no room there, so I waited in the hallway for the nurse to clear it. A space was found for me around 8 p.m. The midwife, examining me in the delivery room, said I didn't look like I was in labor, and I wouldn't give birth with "such a stiff cervix." I was given an injection and was scheduled for an epidural at 10 p.m. Unfortunately, before 10 p.m., I was told I wouldn't get an epidural because I'd eaten a few spoonfuls of my dinner (with the nurses' permission). Then I was given another injection because my cervix hadn't moved and the pushing and loosening contractions were unbearable. I was alone most of the time; the doctors and midwife didn't arrive until around 11 p.m., and the final act itself was very unpleasant (the doctor delivering the baby and the midwife were yelling at me). At one point, I was so tired that my contractions stopped, and I was given oxytocin. I finally gave birth. I don't remember if the baby cried (the doctor was stitching me up, and I didn't care). After two hours, I was transferred to a lower ward and left alone with my baby until I think 6:00 a.m., when a nurse came and asked if I'd urinated because I still had an hour to do so (and I'd barely been able to drink water since giving birth, so I asked for some). As a result, my daughter's head was flattened. Seven months have passed, and we're still fighting with the osteopath and physiotherapist to get everything back to normal. I should also add that they kept us in the hospital for a week because my daughter needed a cardiology consultation, and a different doctor on duty every day couldn't decide when the cardiologist would be in. In short, I NEVER want to have anything to do with that hospital again.

  The care provided by the midwives is fantastic. I'd like to thank each of you by name, but sometimes the badges are reversed and simply invisible, and mentioning only some is unfair – I've had experience on every floor (only in the maternity ward, during one of the shifts, I encountered a woman who wasn't very nice; I won't mention her name). This is my fifth time at this facility, and I have another appointment next month, thanks to Dr. Bober's watchful eye! Previously, when I was with another gynecologist, he missed the change twice during examinations on different days. The doctor just glanced at me, took a quick look, and then made a diagnosis. I also can't help but mention Dr. Król. Thank you for being so persuasive and helpful in a difficult and stressful situation for me. And finally, Dr. Wlazłowicz, a very kind doctor who puts her patients first and is extremely competent. I could also name other doctors, but I simply forgot from previous visits. The food is also very good these days, which I couldn't say about 2017, when the hospital had catering! Thank you so much to the kitchen staff, the lunches are fantastic! The attached photo shows lunch – dill soup, pearl barley with beef (delicious) with gravy, and mature cabbage – yummy! Next to it, dinner. Breakfast also includes dairy products every day, delicious Inka coffee, and always fresh bread and toppings. And finally, thanks to the cleaning ladies. Of course, it's not a five-star hotel, but it's quiet and peaceful, and I can recommend this "spa" to anyone.
