I highly recommend orthopedist Dr. Mateusz Rogacki. He is kind, professional, and explains everything thoroughly and clearly. During the visit, you feel treated with care and respect. The very friendly and helpful reception staff are also a big plus. The entire visit went smoothly and in a friendly atmosphere.

Visit with Dr. K. Piwowarczyk Regarding the approach to children, I give it a zero rating. When I called the receptionist, the woman assured me that the doctor sees children without any problems. This may be true, but I believe that to encourage a child to undergo the test, you shouldn't threaten them with the hospital, but rather try to convince them with other methods. Commenting on my son's behavior was inappropriate, in my opinion. My son is distrustful of strangers, so I believe that a proper approach and trying to encourage him with something could have helped the test. He was anxious during the visit, but I think many children react this way to stress. I'm grateful that the test was performed, but I consider the suggestion that the child should see a psychologist inappropriate. I came to check on my tonsils, not for a psychological evaluation. The doctor also emphasized that he only gives stickers to "well-behaved" children, which is why my son didn't receive one. I don't think this is appropriate behavior.

I've been using this center for over a year and I'm truly delighted. Starting with the blood draw, where Marta is a master of gentleness and professionalism. I've had appointments with ophthalmologist Dr. Miękisz, who was very pleasant and efficient, and only here, the eye pressure test was perfect on the first try. I also recommend vascular surgeon Dr. Cezar, who, despite his young age, is a very good specialist who knows how to advise patients. I also have appointments with a podiatrist, who is a true professional. The receptionists are kind, flexible, and helpful, always calling before the appointment to confirm and remind. Other medical centers could learn from them! I recommend them.

I'd like to sincerely thank Klaudia from the Zawodzie Medical Center for her exceptional approach during the blood draw. I'm someone who has a great fear of needles and such procedures, and thanks to her calmness, empathy, and professionalism, the entire procedure went exceptionally smoothly. Klaudia creates a safe atmosphere, explains everything thoroughly, and patiently reassures me, which really means a lot to someone with anxiety like mine. The collection itself was quick, gentle, and practically painless. I highly recommend it—I wish everyone had this kind of patient care! :)
