On Friday, I found overnight care for my baby. From the moment I spoke with the woman who registered me, I felt very well cared for. Initially, I didn't want to go and expose my baby to germs because the problem was different, but after talking to the doctor, she suggested I come anyway. Well... I was at overnight care a long time ago, and to put it simply, I'm very pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was nice and helpful, and the doctor? That was my biggest surprise! Dr. Zagajewski saw us and made a very good impression on me! The doctor listened carefully, didn't downplay things, and explained our problem in detail. The visit was pleasant; the doctor approached the baby with a smile and treated the panicked mother with understanding :) He examined the baby thoroughly. Empathetic, kind, and understanding! The medication brought my daughter relief, and that's the most important thing to me. Highly recommended :)

I highly recommend the Optima Clinic in Nysa. Their professional approach is evident from the moment you walk in – the staff is always friendly, helpful, and eager to find an appointment quickly. The doctors are true specialists who not only thoroughly examine patients but also explain everything in a simple and understandable way. It's clear they care about their patients, not just about quickly scheduling appointments. I also greatly appreciate the nurses' approach – always smiling, patient, and friendly. The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and well-organized, which further enhances my sense of comfort and safety. I've used their services several times and have been equally satisfied each time. Definitely the best clinic in the area – reliable, professional, and patient-friendly.

Good morning I recommend the Optima clinic in Nysa to everyone. The receptionists, their empathy, their treatment, and the way they solve patients' problems make you forget about illness and pain for a moment. I would like to especially thank Ms. Marta, who calmly and patiently organizes help for a distressed patient so they aren't left without help [especially on Fridays]. - Thank you to the entire staff. This clinic is top-notch in Nysa. The heart of the clinic is its incredibly friendly and empathetic receptionists, always willing to lend a helping hand. The doctor's visit went well, and I felt well-cared for from start to finish. I recommend this clinic to everyone, because everyone here is treated equally, as should be everywhere.
