  Incompetent personnel without a compassion, leaving patients without any information. PRL is still alive there. Plus no operating lifts. Avoid it, there are many other and better places.

  The center has access to the best equipment, medications, and treatment methods, but: - there are too few doctors, too many patients, - you're just a number and a statistic in National Health Fund regulations, - many tests are too late, many medications are too late. - there's no holistic approach to the patient. If a cancer patient comes in and asks if they can eat whatever they want, the doctor should give them a leaflet with recommendations, not just say... "Nothing will harm you any worse." If a cancer patient comes to the oncologist and has other health problems, even dental issues, the doctor should advise them to address these issues—even handing them a leaflet. If long-term steroids are prescribed, a referral to a diabetes clinic should be issued and the patient's blood sugar should be monitored. If a patient reports swelling, they should be referred for a more in-depth evaluation, not assume that just because chemotherapy is required, it's the right thing to do. If a patient with liver damage reports hallucinations, the doctor should intervene with medication and coordinate palliative care, possibly diagnostics and treatment in the internal medicine ward, rather than wash their hands of it and order an ambulance... which doesn't know what's going on. If the patient is on palliative chemotherapy, they should be referred to home hospice and advised about what awaits them in the final phase of life. Considering the seriousness of the conditions being treated, the facility clearly doesn't care about the comfort of patients in the final phase.

  I would like to wholeheartedly thank Dr. Elżbieta Stasienko, who completely organized my surgery, was by my side every step of the way, took care of every detail, and supported me through difficult times. Thanks to her and the entire team at the Oncology Center in Bydgoszcz, I felt safe and cared for, and I fully trusted this wonderful team. I underwent DIEP breast reconstruction – using my own tissue, without the use of implants – and a tummy tuck. I was the second woman to undergo this surgery at this center, and the experience of the entire team, including the visiting doctors from Lublin, made the entire process professional, calm, and very comfortable. The results of the surgery literally brought me back to life – I felt a renewed sense of femininity, self-confidence, and joy of life. I would like to thank the management of the Oncology Center for creating a place where patients are treated with respect, care, and professionalism. This place gives hope, inspiration, and a sense of security to every woman going through difficult experiences. I want every woman to know that if she's looking for the best care, support, and professionalism, she should seek out Dr. Elżbieta Stasienko and this wonderful team. I wish you all good health, strength, happiness, and job satisfaction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart—you are true heroes who restore women's lives and self-confidence!

  I don't recommend it. As a patient preparing for breast surgery, I waited a very long time outside the operating room, lying on the bed in practically no clothes. I heard the nurses' voices, and asked why I was waiting so long. One of them spoke up and said, "We're getting the rooms ready," and they continued laughing in a mutual admiration circle. Zero empathy, or maybe the nurses should be replaced with new ones. The doctors are also arrogant. Chin up, the visit is 800 PLN private, and in the hospital they pretend they don't know.
