  I recommend it. The communication is a big plus. If it's difficult to get through, the friendly receptionists always call back. Appointments aren't far off, and if it happens to be an emergency, they're happy to help you get on the list and let you know when an earlier appointment becomes available.

  I was hospitalized in Radomsko, in the Cardiology Department. I want to express my immense gratitude for the care and concern of all the doctors and staff.   I'm having trouble with a painful shoulder that pops when I rotate. The doctor diagnosed me with surgery or "learn to live with it," and all I received was a prescription for pills to help rebuild the damaged structures. I brought an X-ray and an ultrasound to my appointment, which came back normal. After seeing a physiotherapist, having an interview, and standing at attention for a minute, it turned out (something neither I nor the specialist from Omega Natura noticed) that my painful shoulder was 7 cm higher than the other side, and my neck was significantly bowed. A sedentary lifestyle during the pandemic, along with leaning my head forward while using my phone/computer/books (a so-called "dowager's hump," and a problem with my shoulder rotators, caused tight neck muscles and stretched muscles in the back, resulting in my entire shoulder being misaligned and causing pain with movement and popping. Two visits resolved the issue, and after a lengthy rehabilitation, I can now function with both arms without surgery.

  The reception staff were incompetent. The appointment was scheduled a month in advance for a specific day and time. I had everything written down. I even asked if I could have an ultrasound, and the conversation went on for a long time. Today, when I tried to change the appointment time, it turned out the appointment wasn't scheduled at all. Luckily, I called ahead, otherwise I would have unnecessarily left work early and gone to an appointment the receptionist hadn't scheduled. I recommend double-checking before the appointment to make sure we're actually there. Edit: I changed my name, which is why it's not listed. The conversation took place on January 23, 2025, at 3:53 PM, and lasted 2 minutes. The number you provided on Google was also "scheduled."
