  I had a laparoscopy in the gynecology ward on the second floor. At first, I was very scared; I didn't know what to expect. I was afraid I would be treated objectively, as I'd been treated this way at another hospital. Later, I experienced a huge shock, and I'm not exaggerating; the people working there are wonderful. I spent several days on the ward, and during each shift, I didn't encounter typical hospital behavior. All the staff are incredibly empathetic, kind, and patient, and truly dedicated to their work. I was most grateful for the time they gave me during a time of uncertainty, fear, and my lack of knowledge on many topics. And when I asked to speak with them, one of the women spent so much time with me that all my doubts disappeared. I wasn't dismissed or ridiculed. Unfortunately, when I was young, I visited both renovated and new hospitals. Honestly? I'd love to come back here a hundred times over. Patients aren't treated like a checkbox, but rather people who are simply afraid receive a lot of support and empathy. Let's not judge a book by its cover; it's a true lesson in humility. Let's also remember that the appearance of the facility (old buildings, crooked tiles, lack of a modern look, etc.) isn't the fault of the employees! What's important is that it's neat and clean, and THEY WORK THERE WITH GREAT PEOPLE. Thank you so much!

  Apart from the young midwives who admitted my daughter to the emergency room today, I can't say a single good word about this place, or rather, about the doctor on duty. She's an unpleasant, completely unfriendly and rude woman who makes silly, off-topic comments. If I had the option of going elsewhere, I certainly would have taken advantage of it and wouldn't have had to expose the young girl to unprofessional medical staff. The attitude of this medical doctor is outrageous and unprofessional!!! 11/12/25

  I spent several days on the second floor of the gynecology ward. I was horrified by what I saw. But today I know that it's not the walls, but the people who make everything happen. All the women and men working in this ward are empathetic, specific, never dismissive, and are competent. Thank you.

  I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the gynecology department on the second floor. It was thanks to you that my mother was quickly admitted to the operating table with cervical cancer. Unfortunately, this was due to years of neglect on her part, but thanks to the wonderful doctors, caregivers, and nurses, she is now post-op. As an obese woman, she was afraid of being treated poorly, as was the case at the local clinic, which is why we couldn't force her to see a doctor for 12 years. First, she was admitted to Madurowicz General Hospital, from where she was transferred for a gynecology consultation. It was October... Then a stay at the gynecology department, the procedure, the results, and... the surgery on January 3rd. My mother didn't hear a single insulting comment about her weight. Everyone was warm and very helpful. It's a wonderful hospital, with wonderful people and highly educated specialists with immense empathy. 34 years ago, as a 14-year-old child, I was admitted to this hospital. I've been there several times since, including when my beloved daughter was born. I can't imagine such a hospital closing. We must do everything we can to ensure that women can always count on the help of the specialists there. Thank you so much again ❤️❤️❤️
