I wholeheartedly recommend the hospital in Słupca. On February 18, 2026, I gave birth to my first child there, and I rate my experience with the delivery and my stay there very highly. The delivery itself was smooth, professional, and successful. The attending physician and midwives demonstrated not only high medical competence but also empathy, calmness, and kindness. I felt cared for, safe, and supported at every stage. Postpartum care was top-notch. The staff of both the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department and the Neonatal Ward showed tremendous support, care, and concern for both me and my baby. Every question was answered patiently and professionally. The very high standard of the postpartum ward also deserves special recognition – comfortable, double rooms with bathrooms, TVs, and on-site newborn clothing significantly enhance the comfort of the stay. I'm grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, commitment, and warm care during such an important time in my life. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to future parents. ❤️

I wholeheartedly recommend the hospital in Słupca, especially the gynecology and obstetrics department. I arrived there from Gniezno for a planned admission two weeks before my due date, for an initial induction after a previous cesarean section. I chose this hospital because of the excellent reviews and the fact that my attending physician, Dr. Gliniewicz, works there. The induction was ultimately unsuccessful due to a life-threatening condition, but I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Gliniewicz for making the quick and accurate decision to perform a second cesarean section. I was very afraid of the surgical delivery, even though it was supposed to be my second cesarean section—unfortunately, I had very bad memories of my first experience. This time, everything went differently. The operating room team did a fantastic job. The anesthesia was administered calmly, without rushing, and the doctors waited for me to confirm that I was feeling the full effects of the anesthesia. The cesarean section itself was really short, compared to my first. I was deeply impressed by the nurse in the operating room, who offered me her hand to reassure me while the anesthesia was being administered. She spoke with me about my older daughter and my baby, which was very reassuring. The postoperative and postpartum care was absolutely exemplary. I've never felt so cared for by the nurses and midwives in a hospital. My verticalization was carried out with complete and friendly support – the nurse helped me sit up, stand up, go to the bathroom, get in and out of the shower, and then safely return to bed. The women checked in regularly, asking if I needed pain medication and if everything was okay. The women in the neonatal ward also deserve enormous praise. They are women with hearts of gold – always willing to help, patient, and understanding. After the surgery, they cared for my little one and supported me in making my own decisions. They fully respected my wish to supplement with formula, as I hadn't yet produced any milk for the first three days after birth. They didn't exert any pressure and offered support and advice. They didn't bathe my daughter until the day before discharge—with my consent and with a full explanation of all the steps. If I were to give birth again, I would choose the hospital in Słupca without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful care they gave me and my daughter. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to every expectant mother.

I gave birth in Słupca in the obstetrics and gynecology ward in January of this year. I have no complaints about the ward itself. It's clean, and the meals are good. Regarding the doctor, Dr. N., who admitted me, he was simply heartless, completely devoid of empathy, a rude man. I don't even want to mention that. The midwives, especially Monika and Dominika, are angels. Thanks to them, my natural labor was quick and uneventful. The pediatric nurses are also wonderful women. I recommend this hospital for labor, with the exception of Dr. N.

In August 2022, my daughter was born at the hospital in Słupca, and in January 2025, my son. I am satisfied with the care. I believe the doctors and nurses there are truly dedicated. Especially Dr. B.-B., Dr. R., and midwife Agnieszka N.—I could name more, but I don't remember their names. The conditions are excellent. The staff is helpful, the food is delicious, and there are gifts for the babies. The nurses who care for newborns will answer any questions, show you how to bathe your little one, how to hold him while feeding, and so on. What more could you ask?

I didn't think (especially after hearing other mothers' stories about their experiences) that I'd ever write a positive review about childbirth – but I did :) The hospital itself – renovated, intimate atmosphere, minus the paid parking (you can download an app). The postpartum wards were also renovated, with comfortable adjustable beds, nursing chairs, large TVs, blinds, and most importantly – a bathroom in the room. The only thing I could find fault with were the meals. But the most important thing is the staff. The doctors – both the gynecologists (especially Dr. M.R.), the anesthesiologist, and the neonatologist – were wonderful. Empathetic and professional; we felt safe in their hands. The C-section itself went without complications, effective painkillers after the surgery, and the midwife came in every few minutes to ask if everything was okay, helping with upright post-op care and hygiene. After the section, my husband was able to nurse, and as soon as they brought me to the ward, I immediately breastfed my baby and stayed with me as long as needed. The midwives were understanding and unobtrusive. They were happy to answer questions and could bathe the baby if desired. Upon discharge, you can obtain all the information and documentation, including a referral to the orthopedic clinic.
