  I went to the clinic desperately, having no choice but to make an appointment, but before my appointment, I'd read some rather negative reviews. I also ended up seeing Dr. Oksana H., who's also been mentioned. I'll say this – there are indeed problems with reception and appointments, but I want to emphasize that this doctor was the first one in two years to truly cure me. I'd struggled with hypertension and other comorbidities for two years, and I'd already accepted it because our doctors couldn't help me. I came in with a cold, and I got rid of everything. I'm incredibly grateful to her. And I'm truly ashamed of the people who write such absurdities in the comments, clearly suggesting they've mixed up the COUNTRIES and pointing out that she's a Ukrainian doctor. So, gentlemen, if you don't like Ukrainians, please simply book appointments with other doctors and free up space for people who value quality, not nationality. My family will only go to her!

  Almost all specialists are in one place. This allows for all tests to be performed while you wait. Whether you want it or need it, or not. I don't know if such practices are deliberate, exploiting people's ignorance, or rather the result of incompetence and ignorance. It turns out that the facility is not complying with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 5, 2022, and is referring B+E driver candidates for all the tests they can get – as if they were category C+E. Of course, each of these tests costs money. Don't be fooled by unnecessary costs. Paragraph 6 of the regulation clearly states that a driver candidate MAY ADDITIONALLY be referred to a specialist to assess an EXISTING condition or illness. Meanwhile, the OHS wants to expose even healthy people to unnecessary and unneeded costs upfront. In such cases, a questionnaire, an interview, an eye examination on a driving license, and a glucose test with a glucometer are sufficient. The rest is a scam. After the receptionists refused to explain to me that sending a candidate for a B+E for a complete blood count, a urinalysis, an ENT specialist, or psychotechnical testing was unjustified, I declined. I went to a facility that has no problems complying with the law and had the tests performed within the scope of the Regulation quickly, efficiently, and for 200 PLN. To quote the doctor with whom I shared the information about these practices: "They don't know each other" – he took the words right out of my mouth. It would have been one star if it weren't for the fact that Google tends to censor one-star reviews, even when they are genuine.

  The comment concerns Ms. Oksana Hotiur. With this approach to work, she seems to have made a mistake in her countries. She made a completely wrong diagnosis for TYPE A influenza, where the test didn't show this type, and prescribed some nonsense medications that could have been more harmful than helpful in the case of a comorbidity she knew about. She said there was an abscess in the throat, that she could see it, but after that visit we went to the hospital in Poznań to the emergency room and it turned out there was no abscess, and after the test it was clear that it was type A influenza (I recommend buying real tests for the OBST facility, not the Chinese ones, because the test also showed an error in the case of my daughter). The hospital informed us that the medications Ms. Oksana prescribed were completely incorrect and could have been harmful to health. We also had a prescription appointment scheduled for the next day, and it turned out that Oksana forgot to fill out a prescription for a very important medication before the weekend. Treating patients this way is a joke, and we thank her for that. We will be reporting this matter further, as her approach and the prescriptions she prescribes can be detrimental to the patient's health and life. Not to mention the fact that when you arrive for your appointment, she's constantly talking on the phone or answering the phone while you're in the office, chatting with your husband or other unnecessary people. It's a complete disrespect to the patient!

  Quick and efficient. Very nice ladies at the register, and a real plus for the printed numbers. It's like sitting in a queue during the communist era and having 5 people say they have a 7th number.
