We came without an appointment, but with a problem instead (as one does, to place like this). Took some talking, but our problem was met with understanding and will to help (which isn't as common as it should). The personnel weren't able to solve it (at first), but patiently "looked up" the solution and helped in the end, which counts the most! We appreciate their dedication and assistance 🐕🦺

We had a wonderful experience with Jolanta Kędzierska in Wroclaw. She was incredibly kind and patient while extracting my daughter’s milk tooth, making her feel completely at ease throughout the process. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable she was, even communicating in English, which made everything so much smoother for us. The entire visit had such a positive and calming vibe—highly recommended for anyone with children!

This place is a true relic of times gone by, both in terms of the staff's behavior and the facility's appearance. Visit times are only a guide; you can arrive and wait, for example, two hours. It's a true place where we can feel our health insurance premiums are being spent with dignity.

The clinic is a "communist comeback" disaster!!!!! They don't answer the phone at the front desk!!! Doctors don't keep their appointment times. Telephone consultations are a nightmare!! The scheduled teleconsultation for 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. turned out to be a challenge for the doctor, who didn't even call because she ran out of time.

The recording methods are a disaster, beyond words. The otolaryngologists, as I've "visited" the ones I've visited, seem to have no intention of examining or treating them. They refer everyone to a phoniatrist, then make a diagnosis and leave the patient alone. They're unpleasant, even rude. I was there a while ago with a sore ear – they referred me to a phoniatrist. I explained that I'd just had an examination, that I'd been wearing braces for three weeks, and, of course, as for the phoniatrist, there was no discussion – the know-it-all doctor doesn't discuss it with the patient.
