I am very disappointed with the organization of appointments at the Pro Femina Clinic in Swarzędz. During the ultrasound, some partners were allowed into the offices, while others – including myself – were told that due to a delay at the clinic, we couldn't enter to accompany our partner and see our baby. The excuse that there was a delay, which wasn't the patients' fault, shouldn't result in denying expectant fathers the opportunity to participate in such an important moment. The situation was unfair and chaotic – the lack of clear rules and the selective admission of some people gave the impression of a lack of professionalism. For many families, an ultrasound is a unique, emotional event. Being denied this opportunity due to organizational problems at the facility is unacceptable. I expect equal treatment of patients, transparent policies, and better workflow to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Unfortunately, after this visit, it's difficult to speak of a sense of respect for patients and their families.

I definitely recommend this office! The doctor answered all my questions with immense patience. She was incredibly gentle and understanding, which was incredibly important to me as a patient. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I also appreciated the doctor's calm and collected manner. A special word for the ladies at the front desk – they were very friendly and helpful, which immediately made me feel cared for.

The doctor was empathetic, warm, and incredibly kind. It was a huge stressor for me, but she showed me so much patience and compassion. The examination was unhurried, and she explained and demonstrated everything. Thank you so much ❤️

I just had my prenatal scan. I was a little apprehensive because of the negative reviews. As it turned out, in my case, it was completely unnecessary. The receptionist was nice, and so was the doctor. The exam took quite a while, but the doctor meticulously tried to examine the baby as best as possible, which wasn't easy because the baby was constantly moving. I noticed she kept returning to different areas to get the best results. It's not true that the doctor presses the transducer firmly; she doesn't do it lightly, but it's logical at such a young pregnancy to see something. Yes, she sometimes "pokes" the baby to get it into the right position, but neither the pressure nor the poking itself causes pain, only discomfort. Personally, I recommend it.

A very pleasant visit. The doctor was patient, gentle, and fully engaged. She took the time to thoroughly examine me and answer all my questions. Without a doubt, a trustworthy doctor. I highly recommend her.
