  The Łodzianka clinic could be a model for public healthcare services. The very sensible system of scheduling appointments for a given day, given the large number of patients, means that the only requirement for an appointment is to patiently wait a few minutes by the phone, as phone registrations are always available promptly at 8:00 a.m., and many people call at once to make an appointment. Is this a drawback? No – it's a necessity in a system where there are many patients and few good clinics. Dr. Strumiłło sets an example of what a primary care physician should be – a listener, empathetic, and above all, proactive towards the patient's health. Here, you truly feel that during the visit, someone genuinely cares about your health and is committed to working with you. The nurse is also very kind – such a person is a pleasure to have needles inserted! I'll be moving to another city soon, and I'm anxious to find a clinic as excellent as Łodzianka. It truly is a top-notch facility.

  The best clinic I've ever been to. It does take a while to get an appointment, but it's usually the same day. The service is surprisingly friendly, and any issues are always resolved quickly and effectively. I highly recommend it.

  At 8 a.m. today, the receptionist refused to admit a 5-year-old child with a fever. They told me to call at 10 a.m., and I was also refused. This isn't the first time the receptionists decide who to admit and who not to admit. They have space for their own and can book an appointment for the next day. An ambulance arrived for the child. In the afternoon, I went to the clinic and told them I wouldn't forgive them for this kind of treatment, and the receptionist said, "Okay, come on." This is disrespectful to patients. I don't know what to call those at the receptionist; they have no right to decide who to admit and who not to admit, especially young children. Tomorrow I'll file a complaint with the National Health Fund. We pay contributions to support women like these at the receptionist. They can't find another job if they have no empathy. They have no right to decide about the lives and health of children. Karma is coming back, and I hope the same happens to their children and grandchildren.
