I had an unpleasant experience (not for the first time) with one of the nurses (she's also a receptionist). Today, she was in the treatment room collecting materials for a test. She was very unpleasant and nervous. The wait in line was over an hour and a half. In my opinion, she's teaching blood draws because I've never waited that long, and (wherever I've had blood drawn, they've only drawn from one vein), not three.

It probably depends on who you get. I had unpleasant service from both the receptionist and the doctor. The patient approach was poor, but the diagnosis was generally accurate.
