The care provided by Dr. M. Masłowski in the ENT department is excellent, with regular dressing changes and attentive care at every step of the procedure. The surgical team in the operating theater (nose surgery) is full of understanding, professionalism, and a unique sense of humor, completely eliminating the stress associated with the procedure. The food is balanced, gentle on the stomach, and delicious. If anyone complains about the hospital kitchen, they definitely haven't visited this facility. It's so clean that you can easily pass the white glove test, and using the renovated bathrooms is a pleasure. I'm speaking from the perspective of a patient in the ENT department, staying for four days in January 2026. You can feel like you're in a private clinic, or maybe even better.

I don't know what happened, but a lot has changed at this hospital. Until now, I personally thought the emergency room was a death ward and a joke... now that I've used the emergency room twice in the last six months, I don't recognize this place. The staff is polite, efficient, and concerned; the doctor (perhaps from Ukraine, but a very nice surgeon) is reliable and quick, asking questions and checking several times to make sure everything is clear. The paramedic is professional but pleasant... I must have missed something or missed something... a clear 180-degree turn for the better 👌👍

General surgery ward, and yes, the nurses are very nice, respect to you for your hard work in the conditions of the 1980s, you give advice, and now this tall doctor with a mustache is a mistake and very arrogant towards the patient. I say goodbye to him and he's like a deaf column, and then there's the cut one from the subway with the round glasses, the same, not nice, behaving like the center of the universe, no respect for the patient, I had the impression that he was working there for punishment.
