  My family and I have been a patient for several years. The receptionists are very nice and friendly. The doctors are good. The only downside is that appointments can sometimes be long, for example, waiting over six months to see a gynecologist and nine months to see a cardiologist.

  It's very difficult to get through on the phone. Doctors also have trouble calling at the scheduled time (time difference). Given the current situation, it's ridiculous that it's easier to drive to the clinic than to make an appointment by phone (I've been on the line for over 20 minutes now).

  A complete lack of manners and professionalism; the behavior of both nurses was beyond criticism. When we called the day before, we were told 'no appointment necessary', only to be told the next day 'how can you just walk in off the street during a pandemic?!'. The intercom works, but the woman in the window yells that you have to call the number on the card, so it's a good idea to have your phone with you, otherwise no one will let you in. Despite the sub-zero temperature, they wouldn't let a sick patient in while they were entering their information, and it took a while! The rude nurses complained that they couldn't check the referral because they were having a system problem! Engaging in a discussion with one of the nurses, she threatened to call the police! Then, for "comfort," they administered a painful injection to the patient while they were sitting down – at this point, you might think it was intentional. Disgraceful! Please change your profession if your work is so frustrating and aggressive! We do not recommend and do not greet!

  I booked an appointment online, confirmed by email, and waited two weeks. On the day of my appointment, I was informed at the front desk that there was no appointment, and the doctor was unwell anyway. After a dozen or so years, I wanted to use the clinic commercially, but unfortunately, nothing has changed since the days of the National Health Fund. It's the same mess, only for money. Avoid! The woman at the front desk was VERY rude, even to the elderly woman in front of me, so this seems to be standard practice at this clinic.
