Orthopedic doctor, first question is whether I'm the last one in the sticky... The injury wasn't serious, but I expected more involvement. A referral for ultrasound was quickly written, but no sick note (because he won't issue one on Saturday, laughter in the room). As the previous person wrote, the doctor is a retired doctor who doesn't focus on specific cases. I don't recommend it, I won't recommend it, it's the first and last time.

A major drawback is the complete lack of privacy. From the hallway, you can hear everything the doctor and patient say in the office, including sensitive information. In a healthcare setting, this situation is highly uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I've been a patient for several years and have never encountered any rudeness from the receptionists. The nurses are very professional, and the blood draws are painless! I'm satisfied with the service at this clinic.

The X-ray room is located on the first floor without an elevator. How is an elderly, sick, or injured person supposed to get to the first floor? This is unacceptable. The staff is unpleasant and unfriendly.

There's a signed contract with Medicover, but the receptionist can't get the referral via text message. Furthermore, the receptionists look at you like you're the enemy. You can't even ask questions because the receptionist responds with condescension.
