I highly recommend this place. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and provide the necessary information on the spot, without the patient feeling stressed about not knowing or understanding something—though that happens to everyone sometimes. The doctors are very helpful and responsive, even if you had a last-minute appointment due to a sudden deterioration in your health. The women in the treatment room are also patient and very gentle. I can't comment on the condition of the building, as that's beyond the control of the staff.

The staff's attitude is appalling. The doctor prescribes a medication that's completely unavailable, and when I ask if it can be substituted, she creates a problem. The receptionist and nurses are causing a terrible mess. I've been here with my dad since 2:30 p.m., and it's now 5 p.m. and I still can't get in to see the doctor to get a new prescription for the substitute because he has a patient. My dad needs injections today, but I don't know if I'll get them. It's a complete circus, so I discourage everyone from coming here.

I visited the clinic for the first time today – the women's clinic. I highly recommend it – the atmosphere was pleasant, the midwife and gynecologist were very kind. The doctor's office was nice, well-equipped, tidy, and clean. I will definitely be back :)

Mr. Paweł should get a raise because he helped right away, and Ms. Oksana is not fit to be fired, she's mean, unkind, and always makes mistakes in her prescriptions. Recently, instead of anti-inflammatory medication, I received medication for urinary incontinence, and I had to go back to her to explain it.
