  Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with both the facility itself and Dr. Karalus's approach. From the very beginning, contacting the front desk was a real ordeal – getting through by phone was almost impossible, which is especially frustrating when a child's health is at stake. Regarding my appointment with Dr. Karalus, I was hoping for empathy and understanding – after all, children are often afraid of doctors, which is natural. Unfortunately, the doctor clearly thought that the mere fact of wearing colorful clothing would be enough to gain the trust of her young patients. She lacked empathy and patience, and instead, only impatience and completely inappropriate comments emerged. My daughter just cried – without any aggression – and yet I was told that she "doesn't want to be kicked or bitten at her next appointment." Truly inappropriate. If the doctor doesn't feel comfortable working with children, it might be worth considering a different specialty. I strongly discourage parents, especially young mothers, from choosing this doctor – there are certainly other pediatricians who approach children with empathy and professionalism.

  I was at the Falmed hospital ward...the building may not be inviting from the outside, but once you enter, you're pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and aesthetics. The hospital ward itself is very pleasant, beautiful, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Double rooms have a bathroom and shower. I had a procedure to remove varicose veins and was surprised at how efficiently it was performed. The nurses on the ward are very kind and always helpful. Everything was done professionally. If you're going for varicose vein treatment, I recommend bringing sweatpants and a sweatshirt or a robe. Also, water to drink and something to eat after the procedure. I checked into the ward at 9 a.m. and had the procedure at 11 a.m., which lasted 30 minutes. Then, a nap in a comfortable bed, stretching my legs, a meal, changing, and then I was discharged at 5 p.m. Of course, someone had to pick us up. I highly recommend this ward. If new varicose veins appear again, I will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for your great contribution to creating such a pleasant atmosphere for patients.

  Reception - the old employees need to be replaced. Give way to young people who are eager to learn and help! They act like they're pregnant, they're impertinent - I retaliated by calling one of you the same level you are. Eye-rolling at patients - oh my, the irony ;) Total disrespect for the patient, which results in the same from me. 🫶🏻 It's good that this is our last visit with you; my daughter won't have to see this inappropriate behavior from sad, boring people anymore. 😊 It's a shame that from a young age, we see bad people.

  I don't recommend the surgeon. Dr. Smyła approached the child with disdain, looked down on the wound, and claimed nothing was wrong. His diagnosis was incorrect, and the treatment was inappropriate for the actual condition, which resulted in the deterioration of the child's health. "Soaking in soapy water and pouring 70% alcohol."
