I don't recommend it. I had blood tests done there, and out of 24, I only received results from 12. Furthermore, their archaic cost calculation methods almost cost me 250 złoty if I hadn't been vigilant. The bill wasn't itemized, and it's unclear what it was actually for. I filed a complaint with the clinic owner, but unfortunately, after two months, I still haven't received a response or a refund.

An appointment was scheduled by phone for an hour, but the appointment was postponed by an hour. Two people were late because two more people entered without a queue, picking up their prescriptions. They spent their time as if they were just having an appointment and examination. The only positive was the kindness of the doctor.

Today, my wife and I had an eye exam with Dr. Aleksandra Godlewska. The doctor and her assistant are very nice people. Other doctors should follow her example of the atmosphere in which examinations can be conducted. I am very impressed with her professionalism.

Dr. Waliszek, an ophthalmologist, sits in an empty office and won't see a patient with a massive stye inside the eye because they need to come back in a few days, or maybe they need to start some antibiotics because home remedies have failed. It's a shame and embarrassment that such inhumane doctors are sitting in cushy jobs.

Getting through is next to impossible; a 20-person queue guarantees at least 1-2 hours of listening to music from a digital answering machine. The doctors aren't exactly thrilled either. A disaster.
