I am writing to complain about the behavior of our family doctor (Dr. Grażyna Keyna), who saw us this evening. We are a family from Ukraine, forced to flee our country three months ago due to the war. We didn't come of our own free will; we fled for safety. Today, I brought my mother to the appointment—an elderly woman who has suffered two strokes, is constantly anxious, and suffers from chronically high blood pressure. Any stress for her is a real threat to her health and life. From the very beginning of the appointment, we honestly warned the doctor that we don't speak Polish very well, but we understand what she says. Our goal was simple and vital—to obtain prescriptions for medications that my mother regularly takes. To avoid misunderstandings, I used a translator and showed the doctor a translated text explaining our request. In response, the doctor suddenly raised her voice, started shouting, and asked, "What are we even going to talk about if you don't understand and won't speak?" We were told to bring a translator or someone who spoke Polish. I explained that I didn't have this option, that we were alone, without support, and suggested continuing the conversation through a written translator. In response, the doctor stated, "There are plenty of Ukrainian-speaking doctors in Poland; go there," continuing to raise her voice. Throughout the entire appointment, she demonstrated irritation, impatience, and a complete lack of desire to help. She shouted that she "doesn't understand what we want from her" and that she "doesn't know what your mother's blood pressure is." My calm offer to measure our blood pressure right there—that's why we came to the doctor in the first place—was met with no understanding. The entire visit was filled with tension, pressure, and humiliation. While this appointment was a difficult emotional ordeal for me, a healthy person, it was truly terrifying for my mother—a person who has suffered two strokes. She left the doctor's office in tears and severely stressed. Yes, in the end, we received the prescriptions. But along with them, we also experienced stress, fear, and a feeling of complete helplessness. I ask that you: Have a conversation with this doctor about medical ethics, empathy, and tact; Remind them that patients from Ukraine are people who have experienced the trauma of war, not troublemakers; Call them to emphasize the unacceptability of yelling and aggressive tone, especially toward elderly and seriously ill patients. We are not asking for special privileges. We are asking for basic human interaction and respect. Sincerely, Katerina

I've been going to this clinic for over 15 years and I highly recommend Dr. Przybyłe. He's an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. The ladies at the front desk and in the lab are kind and helpful. 😊

One of the best doctors, Dr. Dominika Dzik. She's kind, friendly, calm, and a good listener. A very good clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I've been using this clinic for many years and have never had any complaints, but what's been happening lately is beyond belief. The receptionists seem to have missed their calling, especially one employee who values the signature more than the patient. She didn't schedule my dad for a home visit when he couldn't leave the house because he hadn't signed the form. She told me I needed to understand that the doctor wouldn't leave his patients to make a home visit. The ambulance took my dad away the same day. She's disgusting, unkind, and heartless. Maybe she should change jobs and go to the vet. There, she won't have contact with people, only animals. Another situation happened yesterday. I was scheduled for a telehealth consultation for my 4-year-old (who has had a fever for two days). I'll just mention that I called the day before, but they didn't schedule an appointment because there were so many patients. The doctor was supposed to call between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. I managed to call twice because it was almost 4:00 p.m. and I was told, "Please wait, there are a lot of patients." Before 6:00 PM, I called a third time because I knew the clinic was closing soon. I heard it, but the doctor had already left. Are you kidding people? Why is this clinic open if you can't accept patients? Close it. I'm reporting this matter further because this cannot continue. This scandalous situation continued: on Monday at 8:00 AM, I called the clinic to register my child. I was told again that there were no appointments for today, but they could schedule an appointment for tomorrow (I should mention that on Friday, when I called before 6:00 PM, they offered me an appointment for Monday). There was a spot on Friday at closing, but there were no appointments on Monday at 8:00 AM. What do they schedule children on the weekend? When I said I wasn't interested and explained the situation, I was scheduled for 1:20 PM. I arrived at my scheduled time, and the clinic was empty, not a single child, and the doctor was sitting alone in the office. I don't understand this situation and what purpose it serves. Are the ladies at the reception desk deciding on appointments and choosing patients because that's how it seems? It's a complete sham. When calling, you're told there are a lot of patients, but in reality, the clinic is empty. If someone doesn't want to work, please quit and stop allowing this to happen. It's a scandal.

Two out of five are solely due to the service of one of the receptionists. This woman lacks empathy for patients. I get the impression she takes some strange satisfaction in dismissing patients. The arguments she uses to justify the patient's response are downright insulting. This woman thinks that older people have no idea how certain procedures work. I'm appalled by the way she treats patients.
