Trying to reach the clinic by phone is almost impossible. The receptionists deliberately don't answer the phone. During my last visit, the receptionist's phone rang frequently, and none of the three receptionists answered the phone. Sick people call the clinic to schedule an appointment. In this case, you must schedule an appointment in person at the clinic. My first appointment is after 7 a.m., when I schedule a consultation, then three or four hours later I have to go back to the clinic. In the 21st century, where the telephone is the primary means of interpersonal communication, this is unacceptable. How can a sick patient be treated this way?

I recommend Alicja Rawska-Baran, I'm very satisfied with her treatment. The only major drawback to the clinic is that it's unfortunately impossible to reach her by phone to make an appointment or get a prescription. I don't know if the doctors are intentionally not answering the phone, but I called dozens of times at different times and no one answered. I had to go in person to get the prescription written.
