That's right, getting through to them by phone is bordering on a miracle, and the ladies are not nice, as if they had to be there as a punishment :/, I went yesterday to make an appointment and of course the lady's face said it all, and she even reacted badly as if I was going to do something to her :/:/, failure.... I've been to various clinics and this one is the worst....

Rejestracja telefoniczna masakra. Mozna dzwonić i dzwonić i dzwonić a i tak nikt telefonu nie odbierze. Trzeba osobiście jechać i się zarejestrować. Pani która rejestrowała moje dziecko to powinna zainteresować sie odbieraniem telefonu a nie tym dlaczego rejestruję dziecko.

During opening hours, no one answers the phone at the registration desk; calls are rejected or the line is busy. From 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., I had to dial the clinic's number 54 times. It's a tragedy, and someone should look into this. When someone is sick, I don't have the strength to wait in line for registration before 7:00 a.m. and then return to the doctor a second time.

The center is a disaster. How many times can you call from 8 a.m. to 12 noon to make a doctor's appointment? If they don't answer, they reject the call, and the line is immediately busy! You have to come with your child in person to make an appointment. There's also a person standing at the window, and those coffees and laughter are about to explode. The phone is about to ring, but they won't come until you point it out, with an unhappy face that you've been interrupted.
