  I've just had a gynecological procedure. A huge thank you to the team who took care of me, including Dr. Pabian. At such an embarrassing time for a woman, they are her best friends. I felt like I was in good hands, cared for, and not just another patient waiting for surgery. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, and the doctor were simply a team worthy of a medal. Thank you to each and every one of them, because right after waking up from anesthesia, you don't even think. THANK YOU 😘

  I've been using a gynecological clinic for 18 years and am very satisfied with the medical care and the service provided to the women at the reception desk. Ladies and gentlemen, if you think the receptionists know everything best, you're mistaken. The women are given guidelines that they must adhere to, including the number of patients scheduled for a given day, and it's not their fault that there aren't any appointments with their primary care physicians. I also remind you that every doctor is a human being, just like everyone else, and has their own personal life and workload. You only think that entering the office just to get a prescription or referral takes 5 minutes for the doctor, but perhaps signing out is a moment of work, but the doctor must manage the entire visit in the system, which doesn't take 5 minutes. I also remind you that a doctor cannot prescribe a medication without information from a specialist in the patient's file. I greet all anxious patients and ask for a moment of reflection and understanding for the women at the reception desk, as they are at work, not out for a walk.

  Some kind of misunderstanding, a throwback to the 1980s. The lady answering the call in the endoscopy room was rude, unhelpful... it's beyond words. The atmosphere at the clinic is awful. Get lost and don't bother us. The girls at the reception desk are busy with themselves, not with patients. Run away!

  We were refused admission for a child with laryngitis. I called on Monday and was told to call Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning, it turned out there was no room. We'd like to see you after the holidays, next week! If any health complications arise, the clinic will be held accountable, as this is against the law. Then, the pediatrician didn't prescribe flu medication for the children, even though the parents had been diagnosed with the flu. Now I know that such medication is routinely prescribed for household members to prevent the virus from spreading. Because of this major mistake by the doctor, my children are now having a very difficult time with the flu. Generally, it's always very difficult to get an appointment with any doctor, and the doctors are poor, especially the pediatrician from Ukraine and the family doctors from across the border. One, before examining me and listening to me, said he assumed I was healthy and had come for flu shots because I wanted to rest. It's a disaster.

  I was a patient for over a decade, and I could always get an appointment without any problems. I've been trying to get an appointment for a month, if not longer. I even requested a telehealth consultation, which I waited a week and a half for. After that, they said I had to come in person for a referral for a spine X-ray. Of course, I called immediately and asked for an appointment. I could come back in a week. Today I asked for an appointment, which I needed for health reasons, and they told me I could offer Tuesday (but today is Wednesday 😬). I thought it was probably flu season, the queues were so long, but even referrals for blood tests needed to see a specialist were hard to come by, so I had to go private. I transferred to another clinic, where I was seen the same day. I understand everything, but the process there is truly embarrassing. Why are there so many people at the registration desk when there are no appointments anywhere? So, they really shouldn't have much work to do.
