  I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team, especially Dr. Svitlana Luchko, for guiding me on the right course of treatment, providing an accurate diagnosis, and participating in the "Coordinated Care" program. I had various ailments that were unusual for my age. I didn't know where they were coming from or what I should do about them until I met Dr. Svitlana. In short, after a detailed interview and examination in her office, Dr. Svitlana immediately and with great dedication referred me for several additional tests to rule out any other conditions. When these additional tests revealed that my diagnosis was hypertension, the doctor immediately enrolled me in the program. Thanks to the program, the program team, the dietitian, the nurse, and Dr. Luchko, I had faster access to specialists, medical care, and recommendations that improved my quality of life and, most importantly, my health. Thank you again! :-)

  It's a shame you can't write a review without a star because that would be true. This "doctor" is lying, saying there's no such thing as transporting a patient for tests, refusing to issue a referral to a diabetologist because... the clinic doesn't have one, issuing the wrong referral for an X-ray, and you have to give them a 5!!! I had to try several times to get an X-ray done (1st visit for a referral, 2nd visit to the TRG lab, 3rd return to the clinic to get the referral issued correctly, but that wasn't possible that day because there was no "doctor" and another doctor wouldn't complete it. Furthermore, the receptionist claimed the referral was issued correctly. When asked to check with the clinic because you've been traveling with a sick person for half a day, she said it needed to be completed. 4th visit to complete the referral, 5th - phew, success! According to the clinic, you can go to the X-ray.) The patient is 87 years old, has a history of cancer, diabetes for several decades, hypertension, and dementia. She is not entitled to blood tests twice a year, rehabilitation, or any specialist. The complaint filed with the Bydgoszcz Medical Chamber was dismissed. We will continue to fight for our mother's dignity; we won't leave it like this. I'll also add that after 15 minutes, the "doctor" told me to leave the office because my time had expired. She then replied that I hadn't finished yet and I had questions. She threatened to call the police. Do you understand this kind of treatment of the elderly, sick, and lost, and in a medical clinic? It's a scandal, but judging by the reviews, it's probably standard practice here, so it can't be tolerated. Even though it looks hopeless and time-consuming, it needs to be publicized everywhere to protect our poor loved ones.

  The clinic blocked my number, which I consider unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Why do they think so? The call connects immediately from another phone, but my phone receives a "Line Busy" message, which is impossible.

  Absolutely awful. Someone calls after 8 a.m., and there's no room for the entire day. So I go to ask if a doctor will see me. I'm told no. I go to the registration desk because I want to register for the next day, and I'm told no. It's impossible. I just have to come tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. to register for that day. There's no point in calling, because there are no rooms, and there won't be any. I ask, what about the working people? Not everyone can wait in line from 7 a.m. to register. Absurd. The lady at the registration desk is rude. I'm speechless.

  The lady on the phone was very kind and understanding. I got an appointment the same day with a woman from Ukraine who spoke excellent Polish and was also very nice. A pleasant surprise.
