The reception desk is a disaster, rude. I'll leave aside the ladies who have been working there for a long time because they're still easy to talk to, and I have a lot of respect for them. The new ones, in particular, were the result of a conversation last year at the hospital with a child: a lack of interest in whether the child has a fever or whether the appointment is urgent. There are no appointments, and that's the end of the conversation! They don't even offer another day. The phone just hangs up. When you hear that tone, you're completely unwilling to continue the conversation. The veterinarian staff are actually nicer than here. This institution keeps recorded conversations, so I guess everything is provable.

On June 9, 2025, at 4:45 PM, one hour and fifteen minutes before the clinic closed, I contacted the receptionist by phone to inquire whether I could receive a list of my medical records from the last three years of primary care treatment. The receptionist informed me that to receive such a list, a written request must be submitted in person. It must first be completed, then delivered to the clinic, and only after its review will a decision be made as to whether the records will be released. During the phone call, I explained that due to my current location, I was unable to attend the clinic in person with the request. So I asked if it was possible to handle this matter online—specifically, by submitting the request and having the documents sent to the email address I provided. The woman on the other end of the call informed me that she only worked part-time at the facility—not full-time—and only came to the clinic a few times a month. She therefore suggested that I contact her again the next day, during regular staff hours. I asked why I couldn't get this information today, since the clinic would remain open for over an hour. The woman reiterated that she wasn't a regular employee and didn't want to interfere with her colleagues' duties. She advised me to call tomorrow, preferably in the morning (around 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.).

They threaten to report the sanitary inspection for not vaccinating children, yet they can't provide the vaccine's ingredients or whether they're certain the child isn't allergic to any of its components. They don't take responsibility for any side effects or deaths following vaccination. A drug addict at the train station is more credible. They answer the phone however they want.

It's true that sometimes there's a long wait for someone to answer the phone. Pediatricians don't see patients every day, only on designated days, and it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment with a sick child. But the good news is that they always see patients and perform a proper examination, rather than just brushing them off.
