  Kamila Szmigiel-Tabaka is a physiotherapist with a heart of her own. I found her on the recommendation of my gynecologist. It's a shame it took me so long. She has extensive knowledge in urogynecological physiotherapy. So if you are, have been, or are planning a pregnancy, there's nothing to hesitate about. After a brief description of my symptoms, Kamila identified the cause of what I thought was my spine (it turned out to be a muscle likely damaged after my first childbirth over 10 years ago). My husband learned massage under Kamila's watchful eye, and I received recommendations for exercises to do at home (my pregnancy is high-risk, so that adds to the difficulties). Things are definitely better. Kamila is very empathetic. She explains everything clearly, answers questions, and dispels doubts. The right person in the right place.
