A complete lack of understanding of the problem. The doctor asked me not to book him in again (a PZU appointment) because I canceled once and didn't show up for the next one (I had already been hospitalized before I could). I understand everything, but you don't choose an emergency, and it's really not always possible to call and cancel an appointment while in the hospital. Although I suspect that even if you did cancel, the doctor would be offended. I work in the service industry and understand that clients can be unreliable and don't show up, which is annoying, but in my case, it wasn't my fault for negligence or disrespect—you don't choose an emergency.

A very good clinic. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the doctors explain everything thoroughly and treat patients with empathy. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. Registration is efficient, appointments are reasonably available, and the clinic itself is clean and comfortable. You can feel that the patient is truly important here. I definitely recommend it.
