  Unfortunately, visiting this facility was a major disappointment. The nurses are unsympathetic and demonstrate a lack of professionalism – instead of caring for the patient, they conduct interrogations: "What for?" and "What for?" in a very intrusive and unpolite manner. The biggest problem, however, is the adherence to office hours. We arrived at 12:40 PM, even though the office was supposed to be open until 1:00 PM. The doctor was already gone, and the staff was busy mopping the floors and getting ready to leave. The patient was pushed out the door 20 minutes early because the staff was "finishing their shift." This is a very disrespectful approach. I do not recommend it.

  This clinic is a complete mess, probably not even monitored by the National Health Fund (NFZ), which funds them. The sheer impertinence of the people working there is beyond criticism. A nurse some time ago was so cunning and cunning that she called a disabled person to ask for their weight and height, as she put it, because she had to provide it in her documents—documents that cover the costs of each patient. After telling her to come to the person's home address to take the measurements, the fear of criminal prosecution began! Prescription? For tomorrow because the doctor is busy. Are you sick? You must have known you'd be sick two days in advance. Do you have a question? The nurses are outraged because you're interrupting a conversation that's meant to be about nothing to do with work.

  The staff at this clinic should be fired; it's a scandal what's going on there. The nurses, who are constantly drinking coffee, are rude and rude. They're doing themselves a favor by serving patients.

  This clinic is a real nightmare. The doctor isn't there when he should be, and the nurses seem to be taking their frustration out on the patients because they're so busy. They always have some problem there, even though they're just sitting there drinking coffee and eating.
