Overall, the place itself is okay, reminiscent of a place from the last century. In my opinion, it needs renovation. The receptionist showed me where to go to access my designated clinic, and the restroom is downstairs in the reception area.

A visit to Dr. H.P.S. was a waste of time and frustration. She demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for basic patient rights. She refused to address any skin problem other than the one indicated in the referral, even though it's the duty of a dermatologist working under the National Health Fund to comprehensively assess the patient's skin condition. Instead of providing help, she showed rudeness, disregard, and an unwillingness to perform her duties. This approach to patients is outrageous and has no place in public healthcare. I strongly advise against seeing this doctor. She lacks professionalism, empathy, and a basic understanding of patient rights.

I don't recommend pediatrician J.K.Ż. She's completely incompetent. I went to her with a cold and told her I'd had a fever since Sunday. She asked me what kind of cough I had. I said it was dry, and the doctor told me there's no such thing as a dry cough. She didn't even take my temperature or listen to my voice. She just looked into my throat and said I had a sore throat. She didn't prescribe me any medicine, just gave me instructions (P.S. the next day, my temperature was 39°C).

The ladies at the reception desk are very empathetic and kind. I only saw an ENT specialist and was pleasantly surprised that the wait times were short. I also had the opportunity to see an internist, which I was happy with.
