  This clinic is a disaster. It's impossible to get through every time, no matter how many times you call the front desk, no one answers or the phone keeps clicking busy. And when someone does answer, they do everything poorly. The nurses are incredibly rude and unforgiving. Instead of behaving well with patients and treating them properly, they do things like tell the doctor to write a prescription or make it difficult to schedule an appointment. Recently, I called the front desk, and after almost two hours of calling, a nurse answered and kept saying there were no appointments available. I explained that my children were coughing profusely, coughing heavily, and had a high fever, and the nurse said the next appointment was February 3rd or they could go to the night care center. Has anyone seen such miracles? I went to the clinic in person the same day and was surprised to find only one patient inside. These appointments are so complicated, and the nurses are terrible. I once called for a prescription for my son, and the nurse accused me of probably not taking my child's medication every day as he should. She started telling lies, then stopped talking halfway through the conversation. Five minutes later, she came back and explained that she had to answer the phone because someone was calling her about selling an apartment. Who would have ever seen "people who are supposed to help people" behave like that? Shameful. Someone really needs to address what's going on there, because it's excessive. And no, please don't tell me you're talking about the clinics on Legionów Street, because you're talking about the family doctor and those "nurses" at the brewery. The family doctor isn't very good either, always doing favors by issuing sick leave when requested or referring you to a specialist, but compared to nurses, he's okay.

  I don't recommend it, the service is very poor. They don't answer the phone, and when I finally got through, the lady interrupted me halfway through my inquiry and hung up. I don't understand how people like this are allowed to work. March 27, 2025. And no, I wasn't mistaken. 59 862 13 59. That's the number listed at this address. I called this number and was rudely disconnected without being able to finish my question. It's you who made the mistake of registering, not the person trying to get help.

  The ladies at the registration desk at the cardiology clinic are a disaster, they don't answer the phone. I stood in front of the registration desk and called, and no one moved to answer the phone. You can call and call, they don't care about the patients. Maybe someone will finally do something about them.

  This clinic is a complete disaster. The nurse who answers the phone is very unpleasant, incompetent, and very rude. She speaks rudely and then rushes to the doctors to complain. There's no way to contact the head of this department. This clinic should be investigated by a television station; maybe something would change for a while. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, because a dog in a shelter is treated better than a patient.

  Unfortunately, none of the doctors at the clinic bothered to see me in pain, despite my persistent requests. They didn't seem busy; each office had a doctor sitting in it, chatting with the receptionists. Even though it was noon, they told me to wait until 6 PM at the NPL (National Public Health Service) because they only see people like me (meaning visitors). I don't recommend seeking medical help in Lębork.
