Dr. Głucha is a wonderful doctor. She knows her job, is always polite and professional, and I always get 100% answers to my questions. I've never been disappointed; I always feel cared for. The receptionists are also impeccable and always helpful. Sometimes you have to wait a while for an appointment, but in special cases, you can count on quick intervention.

I strongly advise against using this clinic and Dr. Głucha. My dad tried to schedule an appointment for two days, but he was experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain. He arrived at the center and was sent home by the receptionists, with an appointment scheduled for the next day. The reception desk needs a revolution; no one knows anything, there's no accountability or communication with the attending physician, no help, or even empathy. All they had to do was perform an ECG and keep my dad in the hospital, but they told him to come back the next day. My dad returned home and suffered a heart attack 30 minutes later. Despite rescue attempts (ambulance and helicopter), he died. Not every story ends so tragically, but the treatment of a patient whose previous contributions paid for the medical service is devastating. Total ignorance. The prosecutor's office should intervene.

Dr. Rozumek is the best doctor, but she's giving such a poor rating because Dr. Bazylińska is a medical blunder. She doesn't know what she's doing. She shouted into the phone and explained to me that after six years of studies, she knew perfectly well that 38.3 isn't a fever and isn't a disease. When I asked her to issue a certificate stating I could safely work with that temperature, she told me to call Dr. Rozumek. This woman is a joke, not a doctor. As soon as the pandemic ends, I'm moving to another clinic.

I 100% recommend Dr. K. Rozumka, a good doctor, and Dr. Z. Głucha, unfortunately, I don't recommend Dr. Bazylińska. The doctor doesn't know what she's doing. She asks the patient what to do, stares at the ceiling, it's a joke, and how can you treat children or yourself with such a doctor?

Dr. Bazylińska should not be working as a doctor! She's incompetent and very unpleasant! Stay away from this doctor!
