I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I've never had a problem registering my father or mother with a doctor. The women working at the clinic's reception desk are very kind, patient, and helpful. I'd also like to mention Dr. Karolina Notaniewska, a true doctor by vocation. I've never met such an empathetic person who is so dedicated to her patients. Thank you so much for your medical care on behalf of both my mother and father.

I've never had any major reservations about the work of our healthcare center. My doctor, Monika K., is a very kind, helpful person who listens to you and helps you. The only downside is that she's never available, which is understandable. Unfortunately, I ended up seeing the pseudo-Dr. Ilona B-Ch. for the third time. It was a disaster, and once again, she demonstrated her terrible manners. This woman is not suitable for dealing with patients. She lacks understanding and is arrogant. In short, she's a disaster.

A year ago, people were afraid to approach the window and ask about registration. The phone rang endlessly, with no one answering, and contacting the registration desk was very difficult. Now, there's a huge change—new people have appeared, smiling, friendly, and eager to help. The atmosphere at the registration desk has definitely improved, and patients feel treated with respect. Hopefully, this will continue.

I'm pleased with my visit with Dr. Łuczyńska. She's a very good primary care physician – professional, empathetic, and committed. She thoroughly explains the problem and devotes as much time as needed to the patient. I highly recommend her.

There's no way to register by phone. The phone is hung up, and when I finally unblock it, there are no available appointments. Today, I tried calling 36 times and it's always busy, and the nurse tells me I haven't tried many times. The doctor definitely didn't take me in for a consultation. My only option is to change clinics; I think it will be better for both of us 🤣. I don't recommend it!
