It's impossible to reach the registration desk by phone. After arriving at the clinic with a fever at 8:15 a.m., there are no more available appointments with the internist, as he only sees three patients a day. There's no option to register for the next day. Teleportation is also impossible. It's a disgrace.

A good clinic, the staff are always polite, happy to help and provide information. There are many departments inside, from pediatricians to a collection point. The downside is the lack of online registration and the fact that you can only make an appointment with a family doctor very early in the morning and only for the same day.

I can mainly speak from the perspective of a parent of an infant. The community midwife was a disaster. She should have been there four times, but she was there twice, and then she used some red tape to get around it. In the meantime, she sent us to the doctor, completely unnecessarily. The doctor was an even bigger disaster. We couldn't even get up from behind her desk. She ignored my allergy symptoms (despite asking directly), which ultimately landed my baby in the hospital. Bright points: - The pediatric nurse. Great approach and communication. - Registration - there were relatively no problems getting through by phone or making an appointment. Overall, however, a rather disappointing experience.

Tragedy and two meters of mud... selective treatment of patients... the surgeon was ordered to be immediately discharged after 4 PM on February 16, 2026!!! Arrival at the scheduled time and waiting for the patient to be graciously seen is incomprehensible.
