The doctor has no respect for patients, treats them condescendingly, and is simply unsympathetic. She performs her duties as if she were forced to. Furthermore, I waited over an hour for my appointment because there was such a long delay. I understand that delays can occur in different situations, but an apology would have been appropriate. This was my first and last time seeing Dr. Flis.

It's awful. If I knew where to complain, I'd do everything I could to keep people like that out of the medical field! The receptionist refused to help a mother with a baby, saying, "Go to Gdansk. We only have family doctors. It's no big deal if you faint. It's only 9 km, it won't take long." I wonder if their website lists a doctor on duty, a night doctor, first aid, and even surgery. Where was all of that today?

I came to see the gynecologist (Iwona Flis) after my second miscarriage. I wanted to know what had happened, why, and what to do next. Initially, I was struck by the doctor's rudeness and lack of empathy. She didn't listen and didn't even look at my post-miscarriage tests, immediately stating, quote, "You're fat, no wonder." I'm overweight, but not clinically obese. Then she dismissed me, saying it was my partner's fault. Without any history, without any interest (it was my first visit with her), I wanted to leave because no one had ever treated me so inhumanely, without an ounce of compassion or understanding. And the doctor dismissed me with a simple, "At least I'll examine you." Zero empathy. I've never felt so humiliated in my life. How can anyone treat someone like that? I was a week post-miscarriage. How can you say without tests or anything that it was my weight? Poor hygiene is another disturbing issue. Lying on a gynecological chair without any cushion and with the door open is beyond words. I truly, sincerely advise against it.

I had an appointment with Dr. Flis today. She was a genuine woman, my appointment was at 8:50 a.m. She saw me early without a problem. She smiled and explained what I needed and wrote prescriptions. That was it. She's wonderful to me, and I highly recommend her. I'll be her regular patient.
