Today I visited this NZOZ and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly service of the lady at the reception desk. Moreover, the professionalism and knowledge of the Dr. Olszewskis is incredible. Dr. Olszewski is a very kind and down-to-earth man and a great professional. Thank you.

Five stars only for Dr. Wioletta and Dr. Artur. They have a very good approach to patients, are very kind and understanding, which is not what I can say about the receptionist. She's not a nice woman, has no respect for the patient, and has no empathy, even for a sick child. Dealing with this woman is off-putting and exhausting. And her so-called cleverness, as described in the reviews, is due to her rude attitude. A sick person doesn't have the strength to argue with this woman. I don't recommend her.

The lady working at the front desk seems to be working there as a punishment! It's difficult to get through to her, and when she does answer the phone, she's very unpleasant, rude, rude, and unforgiving. Maybe it's time for a vacation? A break?
