Like most people, I don't recommend it. The staff doesn't listen to what you say. They're rude. The atmosphere at the facility is terrible. Not only do they start arguments with other staff members and gossip, but even though you pay for your appointments privately, they don't care. The neurologist is also chaotic, doesn't listen (if she does, she's doing something else in the meantime), claims she has a divided attention span, but in reality, she's imprecise. It would be best if someone paid for the mania and then, if something goes wrong (because she doesn't check everything thoroughly), washed their hands of it, even though you pointed out the error.

I do not recommend this facility or gynecologist! My recent experience was very disturbing. The gynecologist did not follow basic hygiene rules – he did not wear gloves before the examination, and there was no paper towel placed on the bed. I also did not receive any ultrasound images. The reception staff also left much to be desired – the women were uninformed and provided conflicting information about the visit's prices (a private gynecological examination with breast ultrasound costs 250 or 300 PLN?). There was even a mix-up in the records! The overall impression was chaotic and lacked basic patient care. I strongly recommend against it!

I don't recommend neurologist Kuźniak. She's completely clueless and distracted. She wrote a prescription (for injections) and it turned out one package was missing from the prescription. Unfortunately, when I called, the "neurologist" was on vacation. Another issue is that there's no order to administer the injections through your healthcare provider. It's best to travel and pay for each medication. Secondly, she won't issue sick leave certificates because, as they say, "they don't have a system." It's a disaster, and it all happens privately! It's a waste of time, money, and, above all, your health!

Even though I've never given anyone a review, this time I won't hesitate to warn every woman away from Dr. Dybalska. The lack of a pleasant atmosphere is the least of my problems. Worst of all, she's unprofessional. She didn't perform basic tests, just made educated guesses. Therefore, my treatment was extended and, in fact, restarted because she made a mistake in her examination. Afterward, I consulted other women, and none of them were positive.

I wouldn't recommend the laboratory on Staszica Street in Kłobuck to anyone in their right mind. This review pertains to the laboratory itself. They didn't treat children well, blood was drawn incorrectly from both arms (hemolysis occurred), they issued results I didn't order, and I have ones I don't need. Furthermore, they didn't have the ones I wanted. I requested a complete blood count with a 25-parameter smear, repeating them twice... and I received a standard one - 170 PLN wasted. The owner told me to call the laboratory and explain... embarrassing. It's better to wait in line at the hospital and have the tests done there...
