"DOCTOR" Jacek Kostyra works as he pleases. He doesn't give a damn about patients on the National Health Fund (NFZ). He prefers to cancel appointments and see patients privately, for which he charges a fortune. And a patient on the National Health Fund (NFZ) has to wait two and a half years and suffer... I was supposed to have a checkup in two years because that's the deadline, but they moved it up so much that I'll have to wait another six months. Shameful.

I highly recommend the collection point at the Laboratory. Their skill and talent in drawing blood are unparalleled anywhere else. I have extensive experience in my 60 years of life, and what you experience there is unheard of. The ladies working there should educate the younger generations. Thank you, and I recommend them.

Contacting the clinic by phone is a complete nightmare. After over an hour of listening to a voice telling me my place in the queue, the moment finally comes when I'm first, only to hear a ticking sound, the call is cut off. The scenario repeats itself several times, meaning we, as patients, waste several hours before we can contact the clinic (if we do). This stalemate has persisted for several years, and, shockingly, it's not improving; in fact, it's getting worse. My only option is to report this clinic to the Patient Ombudsman. I will do so immediately and recommend it to other patients who have experienced a similar situation.

I visited this place with a leg injury, referred by my family doctor for urgent care because, of course, I'm not very good at work with a suspected broken foot. The kind lady at the front desk said appointments are for mid-February... But here, I have an injury, but here, appointments are for mid-February. Luckily, I'm in a good mood and she didn't spoil it, so that's the end of the review, and I'm going somewhere where normal people work :)

One of the "ladies" at the specialist clinic's reception desk is a real disaster! Her curly red hair probably replaces the empty space in her head! She's arrogant, pushy, and doesn't inform patients about available doctor appointments, even though they do exist. Beware of this pseudo-employee at this clinic!
