This "doctor" is absolutely mistake! Very aggressive and arrogant , did not want to verify my problem, keep interrupt me so I couldn't share my info. I do not recommend unless someone is going to spend money for nothing. Overall bad experience!

As someone who works, I specifically scheduled an 8:15 appointment to be at work by 9:05. I arrived at 8:05, and it was pitch black. A dozen or so elderly people were lining up, waiting for their turn. It's unacceptable for patients to manage the queue themselves. The receptionists also don't see a problem with this. Shouldn't the manager have put in a notice that we enter at designated times? This mess is ruining the clinic's reputation. Besides, the doctor was very helpful and polite. He helped me a lot.

I've never seen such pathology as in this clinic. A hip ultrasound for children, whether it's the first or the third, is treating patients like cattle. Scheduling children for one hour, pseudo-queues of 40 people, mixing children and adults in one waiting room, sick and healthy, all in a few square meters... The ladies who invite mothers with referrals but without the children, and let the children fend for themselves in the hallway. It's a mess, to put it mildly. Instead of having parties where the children are, schedule appointments for a specific time, even every few minutes, but don't make a cattle drive... Ladies, please move to the waiting room and the adult clinic, where there are sick people, coughing, parents with strollers and carriers... making three children undress on one small couch because what? Because someone's in a hurry? Getting in for an ultrasound and the entire examination takes 15 seconds? Where is our money going? Parents who truly care about their children should avoid clinics as much as possible.

The one-star reviews mostly go to the reception and gynecology department. We'll skip the gynecology department since I haven't been there yet, but the reception is super! 👍 The girls are very friendly and caring, always smiling and giving me all the information I needed! Someone in the comments said it took 20 minutes to draw blood! No, that's not true. Today, they drew my blood in literally 5 minutes, maybe less. I told them I was scared, and the woman spent the entire process asking how I was feeling and talking to me. The doctor in room number 3 (I can't remember her name) was also a very nice woman; she listened to me and recommended good vitamins. Overall, everything was great, and the staff was very good. I recommend them! 5/5

The family doctor is a nice guy. I RECOMMEND him. And that's it. I transferred to this clinic as a new patient. I've been there four times, and only the first time did I manage to get an appointment. The second time I tried to make an appointment, but the reception desk was having problems. The third time, I was simply thrown out by the receptionist – she told me to call the receptionist while I was standing in front of the clinic. The fourth time, I had to see the doctor first thing in the morning (I couldn't do otherwise because my boss doesn't tolerate lateness, and I have to work to feed my family). Time was running out, but I waited patiently. The receptionist, out of the blue, ORDERED that her friend go in before me. No, she didn't ask, she didn't request – she ordered. Therefore, I was forced to cancel my appointment. The receptionist continued to snicker and shake her head, suggesting I was some kind of idiot. So, worried and distressed by the nagging ailments of a patient waiting at the doctor's door, I was left without a medical consultation, treated like garbage with aches and pains for the entire weekend, until I could find another doctor who would see me. And I was already standing at the door. During my four visits to this clinic, I noticed that the reception desk was staffed as a form of punishment; I never heard a "hello" or "goodbye." The doctor - I RECOMMEND. The reception desk - rude, crony, primitive, lacking in manners, and vulgar. The last time I was there - a TRAGEDY!!!
