  I needed a doctor's appointment and a medical certificate. I work with people, so I didn't want to infect anyone, and I didn't feel well. I called the registration desk at 8:01 a.m. on Monday, pleased with how quickly it went. However, I learned that the receptionist could schedule an appointment for Thursday at the earliest. This one-star rating isn't for this particular place, as the problem is nationwide; there are definitely too few doctors for the number of patients, especially during flu season. The result? Having to pay for the appointment privately (the next available appointment nearby? Two weeks away) or using online help—of course, incomplete, because no one will listen to your throat or listen to your voice, because how could you? Having to spend money despite paying contributions.

  The clinic runs smoothly, and I had no problems making appointments over the phone. I highly recommend Dr. Iwo Niewiem – he's knowledgeable, patient, and clearly wants to help his patients.

  One star for this clinic is already a lot. Pediatricians whose children are always "clear on auscultation," only to end up in overnight care a few hours later with lung murmurs. And the clinic's biggest hit: Dr. J.N., whose child goes to see with whooping cough, coughs up the lungs but is told "no," "looks like he has whooping cough because children with whooping cough look different," then wants to immediately issue a referral for a flu shot. The child was transferred to another clinic immediately, and I warn against doctors from "Koło Basenu"!

  I rate this pediatric clinic a 5! The care and diagnosis are always flawless, and Dr. Grześkowiak has a fantastic approach to children and extensive professional knowledge, which she applies to her practice. I disagree with the reviews I've read here about the registration process, as there's a reliable waiting system and separate lines for adult children and prescriptions. We've never experienced anything discouraging in our interactions with the receptionists. They're a great team with a high level of patience, courtesy, and personal culture. I highly recommend this clinic.
