This whole pseudo-clinic is a huge joke! Not only did they refuse to admit my child with a fever (the doctor was supposed to call, but of course he didn't), but no one there answers the phone! It's time to report these incidents to the higher-ups!

Getting through to the clinic is practically impossible, and nothing has changed in this regard for several years. The receptionists are rude. It's baffling how this clinic claims to be contracted with the National Health Fund (NFZ) on its website, yet it turns out they only accept referrals from their own doctors (whom you can't reach because they can't reach you by phone)!!! Avoid this clinic at all costs.

The doctors' incompetence and disregard for their time are incredible. This is the second time I've received a text message reminding me of an appointment that's due a month later, as well as an ultrasound—also at a different time than the one provided in the text. I can't get through. Dozens (!) of attempts, and the numbers are always busy. After only contacting the number provided in the text, I was told to call a number that never answers. Deep down, this is communist Poland.

On September 24, 2024, I received a reminder about an ultrasound examination I hadn't scheduled. I'm not even a patient at this clinic, so I'm wondering how GRO-Medicus obtained my phone number. And what serious GDPR violations are occurring there. And the clinic's phones are completely silent, even the management's.

On September 24, 2024, I received a reminder about an ultrasound examination I hadn't scheduled. I'm no longer even a patient at this clinic because the doctor left. It's impossible to reach her by phone; two of her phone numbers are constantly busy!
