The receptionist was incredibly rude when I made my first appointment. This is the first time I've ever had to provide my PESEL number over the phone. When I asked for my address, she didn't specify what she wanted, and then she complained that I couldn't provide my PESEL number or address and that she couldn't reach me. Terrible customer service and a lack of professionalism.

Dr. Biernacka, a gynecologist, is a disgrace. I'm not surprised she's so easy to get in touch with. She's very unpleasant. I've been there twice for emergencies, and both times it was the same. Lack of interest, rude responses to my questions, and no tests, which I believe should have been performed when reporting my symptoms. DISGUSTING! Another issue is the clinic's lack of a website with information, which is standard practice these days, and getting through by phone is a miracle.

I'm disappointed with the attitude of two doctors: Dr. Sobczuk and Dr. Kwiatkowska. They refused to see my child, who was short of breath, at 5:30 PM. They immediately refused to admit him. If it weren't for Dr. Hajkowska (thank you from the bottom of my heart) who saw us, I would have taken the children's records and referred them to another clinic. It turned out my son's illness progressed very quickly and he had pneumonia. He was given antibiotics!
