The one star is solely for Dr. D and the new, young doctors (minus Ms. Ł). The receptionists are a complete disaster. They lack manners, respect for patients, and have no medical knowledge whatsoever (I'm talking about those older "nurses" without proper training in working with people).

Unfortunately, the privileges of deserving blood donors do not entitle them to provide services out of turn (even for registered ones)... that is how much it is worth helping others, and in the event of an urgent need for tests, there is a refusal because of the queue...

Tragedy!!! Several doctor visits (mostly with Dr. Ł...) with my child, each time with antibiotics that only helped for a short time, and no doctor even thought to do a blood test... as a result, my child spent over seven weeks in the hospital in Bydgoszcz with a severe lung disease...

It's a shame you can't give this clinic 0 stars, because that's how you can describe it. Calling the "clinic" is almost impossible. Other clinics operate normally, but this one is a disaster. It was bad before the pandemic, and now it's tragic. I don't know why it exists if it's impossible to reach them by phone.
