I haven't encountered such a wonderful staff in a long time. The receptionist, Elżbieta Dominik, is a wonderful woman; she can explain everything; she's the right person in the right place, and there's a shortage of such women. From the moment you walk in, she greets everyone with a warm, friendly smile and positive energy. All tests are conducted in a pleasant atmosphere. Jola, who performs the tests, is so kind it's almost unbelievable! She discusses everything with the patient and shows them what the procedure will be like, for example, with an MRI. And most importantly, there's no stress, and the patient doesn't feel stressed in the slightest. Five stars for this place is definitely not enough; I would give it many more if I could. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good place for this type of test and such friendly staff! I highly recommend it!

The clinic is new, fragrant, and barrier-free. The staff is smiling and helpful. The MRI scanner is modern, and the wait time is short. We arrived on time for the exam. The building has a ramp, an accessible restroom, and comfortable sofas. Telephone contact is excellent. The only downside is the lack of a lowered reception desk.

Regarding the Day Care Hospital on Żeromskiego Street Professional and top-notch service! Many private clinics should emulate you! The nurses, doctors, and entire staff are full of empathy and very helpful! The nurses have a wonderful approach to children! Children feel cared for and safe. The postoperative room is of a high standard. The room includes a TV with internet access, making it a great option for children to wake up peacefully with their favorite cartoon in the background.

An MRI appointment was scheduled for July 21, 2025, for August 12, 2025. On August 11, 2025, the insurance company confirmed the appointment, and the Bomed clinic called to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, after filling out all the paperwork, my husband learned that the test would not take place because the clinic was having problems with the insurance company. A day off from work, a 150-kilometer commute... Is it so difficult to call and notify, cancel, or reschedule? In this situation, it doesn't even deserve one star. I don't recommend it!
