I do not recommend Pro Feminae Private Specialist Healthcare Facility. I had an appointment on August 14, 2024. When I arrived, I learned from the note on the door that they were open 🤔 there was no call or notification. What an unpleasant surprise, a wasted day.

The worst hospital and people I have ever met... An incompetent doctor who refused to register a pregnant woman in her 7th month of pregnancy, arguing that I don't know Polish well... Nota bene in Krakow it's only 2 months and I still don't know the language perfectly, but in other places there were no questions... plus all the analyzes and tests are in Polish. The doctor behaved unprofessionally and rudely! The worst hospital and people I have ever met... An incompetent doctor who refused to register a pregnant woman in her 7th month of pregnancy, arguing that I don't know the language well... Given the circumstances in Krakow it's only 2 months and I don't know the language perfectly yet, but in other places there were no questions... plus all the analyzes and tests are done in Polish. The doctor behaved unprofessionally and rudely!

Dr. Kij is very polite and thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone. Short appointments are also quick, and there's no waiting time. Dr. Małgosia is also very polite, although she does tend to grumble under her breath. There's no stress, no grumbling. I especially recommend him for a first visit and for those who have had unpleasant experiences with gynecologists.

Scandal and communist Poland all rolled into one. I waited 2-3 hours for a blood draw, didn't even get my basic tests done, and everyone was cutting in line. The office was glass, so you could see and hear everything.

It's a bit difficult to get through on the phone, but when you do, Dr. Kij's appointments are short. He's the first gynecologist who was reasonable enough to first take blood tests and only then make a proper diagnosis. And he wasn't surprised that I was starting perimenopause at 45. Another gynecologist, I think he looked me in the eye and said it was too early. He didn't bother to check it with tests... The downside is the lack of "on-the-chair" examinations. I've been there three times for prescriptions and haven't had that "pleasure" yet. 😉 He's a pleasant-looking doctor who patiently explains the onset of menopause and answers sometimes childish questions with a smile. 😊
