The dentist is brilliant. I've never encountered a dentist with so much patience and gentleness, and on the National Health Fund, at that. Drilling has always been unpleasant, and now I wouldn't even know anything was being done if I hadn't seen the drill ☺️

The worst clinic. No one answers my phone when I need to get an e-prescription. The lady calls once, and a minute later I try to call back, and suddenly no one is there. The doctors are all nasty. The dentist was a disaster. She performed a root canal on me, and even though I still complained about the toothache, the dentist said the tooth was ready for surgery. The filling fell out after two weeks. I'm surprised no one has reported this clinic to anyone, because what's happening there is a joke.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. The receptionists are polite and helpful. Dr. Fertsch saved my mother's life and has helped me with understanding many times.

A million calls to register, the number is busy, and when there's a signal, no one answers... and then, after 15 minutes of successful connection, suddenly there's no more connection. I recommend AVOIDING!
