The staff during their holiday shift (December 26, 2025) was a complete joke. I advise against anyone visiting this facility; it would be better to continue on to Krakow. My mother was barely able to stand, with a fever of over 40 degrees Celsius. The impudent Krzysztof Karolczyk (I won't even bother with the courtesy) assumed everything was fine, that my mother was fine. He prescribed a set of medications (as it later turned out at the pharmacy, he was prescribing the same thing to all his patients today (December 26), because my mother was the fifth person with the same prescription). Silly and rude jokes, and at the end, he was probably expecting a bribe, held the prescription on the table, and started talking nonsense about having to make coffee. You're lucky I wasn't there, or the police would have dragged me out of your office. How can you be so brazen and heartless in the profession you chose and practice? I hope that when you're in the same state and need as my mother, you'll also encounter such a jerk. If you're unwilling or unable to treat someone, you could at least offer kind words of support instead of making idiotic comments and ridicule. You're a terrible person. We'll never return to the center, and I don't recommend anyone going there in need.

The doctor was a disaster. He didn't examine the child, and if I hadn't warned him, he wouldn't have prescribed anything. He told me to buy a flu test at the pharmacy because he didn't have one. And he even touched my mouth with a phone he took out of his pocket, thankfully not with a candle. Worse than at the vet.

On December 26, 2025, I attended an appointment with Dr. Krzysztof Kowalczyk (Easter care). From the moment I walked in, he couldn't resist making rude jokes. I told him I wasn't there for recreation, only because of my poor health. He dismissed my well-being, ridiculed my place of employment, and the treatment I received from another clinic (diagnosed with depression). He stated that I was young, so the flu shouldn't prevent me from going to work the next day. Despite a fever, joint pain, and weakness, he refused to issue me a one-day sick leave. I had never encountered such an arrogant and rude doctor, devoid of any shreds of decency (as reflected in his appearance—no lab coat, dirty sweater, and dirty fingernails). This treatment of another person seeking help is outrageous, and I will be reporting him to the Medical Chamber.

People, please do something about this facility, because what's going on is unbelievable. The nurse has a problem with people coming for help. Believe me, if I'd known it was like this, I would have preferred to go to the mortuary; at least the people working there are FRIENDLY! Today, the current doctor even had a problem with the fact that we could have gone to Bochnia... yes, I could have gone to Bochnia with my daughter, but taking advantage of the lack of zoning, your facility was chosen. The visit was a complete disaster, and Ibuprofen was eventually prescribed. We went further for help, and luckily, it was provided there. It seems they're discouraging people so they can have time for coffee and cookies... I wish you a very happy new year.

I was at the clinic today at 3 a.m., and everything went very smoothly. Doctor, I'm fine. I don't know what you people are talking about. People running around kissing your asses? That you sometimes come in with crap at night? Be glad you can still use these shifts for free. It was a blast for me. Quick and easy. Examination, prescription, and everything is fine.
