  This clinic should be closed and reported to the National Health Fund (NFZ). I needed medication after my child's hospitalization. The information I received at the registration desk was "no appointments" for a pediatrician, not to mention the inability to register on a day other than the one you call, which is a violation of patient rights. My child's situation was urgent, but this clinic doesn't care, they do whatever they want and treat patients as if they were a necessary evil. The wait time is constant; sometimes it takes two or three hours to even see a doctor. It's messy, and the staff is rude. Dear residents, there's a Bolmed clinic nearby, where I got everything done in an hour. Of course, I signed up my daughter for this clinic. Maybe if they don't have patients, they'll run out of funding and someone will finally close this clinic, which operates like it did in communist Poland.

  I recommend it! The doctors and staff are very polite and friendly. We always leave with excellent service; I've never been turned away without assistance. During the flu season, doctors' schedules are tighter, but like everywhere, there's always someone to help and advise. The doctor in charge always delivers a diagnosis. 👍 After my experiences at another clinic, I wholeheartedly agree with this one. ;) Keep it up! ;)

  Absurdly stupid queue management solutions are Medbuk's specialty. Whereas in the past, if you were unlucky, you had to queue to see a doctor or a laboratory, today you're 100% guaranteed to spend the day in a waiting room. The level of medical services is also excellent. If the government hadn't forced me to spend money on this facility, I would never have set foot in it.

  Today, April 10, 2025, my husband was refused an injection of medication... it concerns Ferrum Lek Inj intramuscular injection - a standing order issued by a primary care physician in Chrzanów. I should mention that because we live in Bor Biskupi, we have had a registered nurse from the local clinic for years!!! Unfortunately, today around 10 a.m., the medication was refused in the treatment room, despite the presence of doctors and even with the approval of one doctor!!! They suggested that they didn't have medical records and that the injection could cause shock... So, an injection order with the required stamps and signatures, and the presence of doctors on site, isn't sufficient...??? Now how can we choose a primary care physician in such a clinic...??? My husband and I had planned to do so, but they weren't accepting new applications!!!!

  I was registered at this clinic two months ago. I previously received treatment in Krakow. It turns out that the clinic is no different from local standards, in fact, everything is more accessible. The reception staff is very helpful and open to support, as are the doctors – Mr. Błachut made me feel completely cared for and at ease; the laboratory nurse is very experienced, as she performed the collection flawlessly in the blink of an eye. The facility has improved significantly in every respect since my last visit about eight years ago – now I can recommend it to anyone!
