  It's a disaster, from the receptionist to the internist. She won't order tests or give a referral to a specialist. She recommends going privately. There's no point in going there. It's a mockery of patients, not the National Health Fund.

  Dr. Wacław Sowiński has definitely earned his retirement. The era of doctors who "treat" patients only with anti-inflammatory and pain medications is ending. Without collaboration with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and physiotherapists, the only thing they'll be able to repair are chairs, not people. EDIT: Your response precisely confirms the ignorant and outdated approach to patients (if you don't like it = heal yourself). The tone of the ossified service, which clumsily aspires to serve patients under private medical plans... although it's worth remembering that the "state" plan costs us much more, enough to exceed expectations beyond the minimum plan plus emergency prescription care. (If wishes for a recovery were as powerful as medical treatment, the ratings would probably be high and the reviews favorable.)

  I don't recommend a dermatologist named Lipska. My daughter spent a month applying ointment to something that had popped out near her nose, to no avail. The ointment wasn't cheap, and after a month, the doctor sent us to a beautician for a private procedure. The visit was subsidized, so when I asked why I couldn't get a referral to a surgeon, I was told: "These are the times." The doctor thinks it's the times that many doctors don't care about us, and you simply lack goodwill. And another interesting thing: I arrive, and the receptionist directs me to room number 2, indicating that she's a patient. So I wait. Me, another woman, and the next three people who arrived... only to find out 20 minutes later that our wonderful dermatologist's office was empty. She'd probably be furious if she checked to see if anyone was waiting.

  The worst place I've ever been to, the wait time was minimum and the prices seemed to be as if the hour we discussed had any significance, in one word, a disaster, I do not recommend it.

  I don't recommend this clinic. The staff and doctors are pompous and arrogant. It's even embarrassing to write about how they treat patients. The whole place needs to be replaced, and if not, it will continue to be miserable. How can a doctor behave like this? The comments are like those from a dysfunctional family.
