I'm appalled at the level of service. Private clinic, and yet - service is just like in public health service. The website is not displaying free appointments. I call the clinic, and I'm told that it's because the professional I want to visit has no free appointments until April. Fair enough - why not change the website settings so that it's possible to book it for April? I think it's ridiculous that having access to patient history the only answer I get when I ask what can be done is - you can call us every day to see if there are no free appointments. Seriously?

Great overall experience. I highly recommend to all foreigners in Warsaw looking for private/public health services. From the time I booked the appointment over the phone until the test was done, everything went smoothly. The place is very easy to navigate, has a very nice ambiance, no confusing facilities, welcoming staff at the reception.

Absolutely recommended! All the staff are really good and have a helpful attitude, especially the receptionist lady with curly hair. Compared to services in clinics like Medicover and Polmed, the service here is exceptional.

Good clinic, registration took 5 minutes, and 5 minutes to remove stitches. Quickly and professionally. Though neither lady on the phone nor reception spoke English, they tried to help me with my very low Polish and kindly repeated everything and made sure I understood them. Good service. Though, if you don't speak any Polish it might be a problem.

Finally, professional medical service in Poland. From the moment you enter, Multimed took care of me beyond any expectation I had. This location as well as on Polna, Prosta and their MRI location were all fantastic. As a professional athlete, my health and my body are very important for my ability to maintain performance in my sport. Right now after a shoulder surgery, and knee injuries, Multimed has got me back on track to becoming 100%. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Dr . Machowski who has gone above and beyond, Iwona who has made sure that all my appointments fit my rigorous schedule, my Physio who is getting me back in playing shape, and the entire staff who remember my name and always make me feel welcome. Whoever’s responsible for this great organization I just wanted to say thank you for everything. I’ve even done my Covid shots at multimed. If anyone is looking for the best care, I highly suggest Multimed…..🤙🤙🤙🤙
