This violated the regulations on healthcare services financed from public funds (the Ministry of Health regulation on guaranteed services from primary healthcare).

The receptionists seem to be doing their jobs as punishment. I don't blame them for the long wait for them to answer the phone, as I understand that many people call, but the tone they use when speaking to patients is appalling. I called to make an appointment with a specialist, and I should add that this is the first time the woman immediately, with such aggression in her voice, told me to call tomorrow at 10 a.m. And when I asked why tomorrow and not today, she was even more reproachful that it would be tomorrow at 10 a.m., and she couldn't explain why. It was a disaster.

I haven't been able to get an appointment with Dr. Markiewicz for two months. I've been calling since 10 a.m. today, waiting for someone to answer while I'm at work, and appointments are only available once a month. I've been on hold for 30 minutes, then 10 minutes, and so on. After 12 calls, I've had enough. My colleagues also tried, but they haven't gotten through either. After work, I went to the clinic, furious, and was told that the entire month's appointments were sold out in two hours and that I should call every day to see if any spots have opened up.

For several years now, I've been receiving text messages about appointments scheduled for me at this center, even though I'm from the other side of Poland and have never registered in Stargard. I've called to request that my number be removed from the database and sent emails. To no avail. I have another supposed appointment at the orthopedic clinic on December 4, 2025.

It's a tragedy, the receptionist is sitting there as if it was a punishment, it's hard for them to give any information, and unfortunately the doctor can't help with anything specific either.
